Our Dear Guest, below you will find a few rules, compliance with which will ensure you timely and high-quality service throughout your stay with us. These few rules, which we call "regulations", will help us to avoid all kinds of misunderstandings with our Guests, and determine for us the quality and professionalism
[ARRIVAL]
1. Rooms are rented on the daily basis.
2. Paid fee is non-returnable, unless otherwise stated directly in our offer available on the Internet.
3. Upon arrival, each Guest is required to provide us with a valid identification document in order to give us the possibility to register it as required by law.
4. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the next day. If the room is not released by 11:00 am on the day on which the room rental period expires, it is obliged to pay a fee for the following hotel day.
5. A request to extend the stay should be submitted by 9 am on the day on which the room rental period expires. It will be taken into account if there are available rooms.
6. In the case of making a reservation without paying the fee and without leaving a contact telephone number and without arrival by 4.00 p.m., the employee has the right to rent the room to another person without any claims on the part of the Guest.
7. The request for an invoice or certificates should be notified on arrival.
[RULES OF USING THE ROOM AND PARKING]
1. The room cannot be made available to third parties.
2. We can refuse permission for a visit by people who are not registered.
3. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage and destruction of items and equipment located on the premises of the building and outside, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
4. Any damage must be reported immediately.
5. Please do not leave valuables inside and outside the building. It is possible to leave valuable items in the deposit after prior notification, otherwise we are not responsible for their loss.
6. On the property parking the car is possible only in a designated place after making the reservation and after paying the fee.
7. We are not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, or for the loss of money and other valuables.
[BREAKFASTS]
1. It is possible to order breakfast in the form of a lunch box. The request should be reported at the time of booking and the payment is required.
2. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
[GENERAL INFORMATION]
1. It is obligatory to behave appropriately and not to disturb the curfew.
2. It is forbidden to smoke inside and outside (except in designated places outside the building) and to consume alcohol. Violation of the abovementioned rule is subject to a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
3. Please, always accompany your child with an adult.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not constitute room equipment.
6. The cost of losing the key to the front door to the building or a magnetic room card amounts to PLN 100.
7. The cost of repairing any damage to the water and sewage system is subject to an expert's assessment.
8. Pollution causing the need to clean a room or bathroom or to clean furniture or other equipment is subject to expert evaluation.
9. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, we reserve the right to request to leave the property without refund of the fees paid.
