GDPR INFORMATION / MONITORING

    1. ADMINISTRATOR PANI / PANA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 4 May 2016, p. 1) ("GDPR") the administrator of your personal data is NO PROBLEM KRYSTIAN KOWALSKI NIP: 524-165-80-11. ("Administrator").
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND THE BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed in connection with:
    • preparation and performance of contracts between you and the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
    • the Administrator's performance of obligations under the law (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
    • establishing, securing and pursuing by you / the Administrator of any possible claims or defense of them (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
3. PERIOD FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the room rent contract between you and the Administrator, and after its termination will be stored for the period resulting from specific legal provisions (including tax law) and the period necessary to secure the pursuit of possible claims of the Parties, not longer than the limitation periods in civil and criminal cases, determined in accordance with the binding provisions of Polish law.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT RIGHTS
You have the right to:
    • request access to your personal data;
    • request the rectification of your personal data;
    • request the deletion of your personal data ("the right to be forgotten");
    • requests to limit the processing of your personal data;
    • to transfer your personal data;
    • the right to object to the processing of personal data.
5. NFORMATION ABOUT DATA RECIPIENTS OR DATA RECIPIENTS CATEGORIES
The recipients of your personal data may be:
    • Administrator's employees or contractors
    • notary offices, legal advisers, tax advisers, financial advisers,
    • banks keeping accounts for the Administrator,
    • Administrator's insurers, companies providing IT services, companies providing accounting services, courier companies, Polish Post,
    • authorized bodies, courts, institutions.
6. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (in Polish: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
7. MONITORING
To secure the safety of people and property and to investigate complaints, there is monitoring on the premises. Monitoring covers the outer part of the property and common parts inside the building. The monitoring recordings are processed by the Administrator.
8. INFORMATION WHETHER THE PROVISION OF DATA IS A STATUTORY / CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT / A CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING A CONTRACT / ABOUT THE OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a room rental agreement with the Administrator. The data is provided voluntarily and you are not obliged to provide it. However, the inability to process your data by the Administrator results in the inability to conclude and/or perform the above-mentioned agreement.
