We are happy to welcome you to our newly opened Villa 37B in WarsawThe elegant and intimate character of the building is emphasized by an individual architectural design made by one of the most renowned Warsaw architects, architect Julian Ambroziewicz. The interiors covered with curtains, a stylish stove, an antique sideboard, as well as original mahogany windows make Villa 37B a house with a soul.The property is surrounded by a pleasant garden with unique species of trees and plants. Here you will find sequoia and Japanese ginkgo trees, many varieties of pines and spruces and pampas grasses, as well as traditional lilacs, roses and walnuts.

If you are looking for accommodation in Warsaw, near the Children's Memorial Health Institute, near the Southern Ring Road of Warsaw (departure to Lublin, Terespol and Puławy) - we are the facility just for you!We offer a good standard at an affordable price. The facility has 5 double, triple and quadruple rooms. We can also offer the entire facility exclusively.We offer spacious and comfortably equipped rooms with tastefully furnished bathrooms with a shower (towels as standard).
